These terms apply to your use of this website and to any messages you receive from us.

  • What the program is. Hernandez Holistic Health sends text messages to people who have given express written consent by ticking the text message box on one of our forms. Ticking that box is optional. It is never required in order to register for anything, book anything, or receive care.

    What we send. Confirmations and reminders for workshops, calls, and appointments you have booked with us, and occasional messages about educational events and ways to work with us.

    How often. Message frequency varies. Around a workshop or a booked call, expect roughly 3 to 6 messages.

    Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

    How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@hernandezholistichealth.com

    Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.


    Supported carriers. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS and others.

    Privacy. How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Everything on this site, and everything we send by email or text, is general education. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan for any individual. It does not create a provider-patient relationship. Always speak with a qualified healthcare provider about your own situation, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.
