Text message program

What the program is. Hernandez Holistic Health sends text messages to people who have given express written consent by ticking one of the text message boxes on our sign-up form. There are two, one for non-marketing messages such as confirmations and reminders, and one for marketing messages. Ticking either one is optional. It is never required in order to register for anything, book anything, or receive care.

Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Hernandez Holistic Health text message program. By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you represent that you meet this requirement.

What we send. Confirmations and reminders for events, calls, and appointments you have booked with us, and occasional messages about educational events and ways to work with us.

How often. Message frequency varies. Around an event or a booked appointment, expect roughly 3 to 6 messages.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@hernandezholistichealth.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Supported carriers. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS and others.

Privacy. How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Educational content

Everything on this site, and everything we send by email or text, is general education. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan for any individual. It does not create a provider-patient relationship. Always speak with a qualified healthcare provider about your own situation, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.
