We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent by ticking one of the text message boxes on our sign-up form at join.hernandezholistichealth.com/register. There are two boxes, one for non-marketing messages such as confirmations and reminders, and one for marketing messages. Neither is required, and the form can be submitted without ticking either one. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text message consent is never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees your information
We use service providers to run this business, including our website and customer relationship platform, our email provider, and our text message delivery provider. They only receive what they need in order to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.

Health information
Clinical records created in the course of care are handled separately under applicable health privacy law and are not governed by this website policy. Please do not send medical details through website forms or text messages. Text messaging is not a secure or confidential channel and is not used for medical advice.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our text message program is limited to people 18 years of age or older.
